Registration Process

Once you've purchased Handy Password manager and received your registration key, you need to register your copy of the program. Please follow the instructions below:

1. Run the program
2. Go to the Help menu
3. Select "Enter your serial number..."
4. Enter the registration key provided to you
5. Press a button to register online. If you see the pop-up window "Registration Successful", press "Ok" button. You can start using the application.

If it fails, repeat the steps 2-4 once more and press the button "Register by e-mail". The letter with your problem description will be generated automatically. Send it and wait for instructions from our Support. Response time - 1 business day.

To make sure our support response letter isn't eaten up by spam filters, don't forget to add registered@handypassword.com or support@handypassword.com to your email address book.
