The Handy Password Buttons are not Working When I Launch Internet Explorer
The Handy Password buttons may not be active when launching Internet Explorer for several reasons.
One of the reasons is that Handy Password is locked by a master password by the timer function. To unlock Handy Password one just needs to press the "Lock" button and enter the master password.
Another reason for Handy Password buttons not working is that the site does not have a form from where information needs to be saved, in which case the "Save" button is not working. If the site does not have a card saved to fill its webform, then the "Fill" button is greyed out.
