Registration
You can register Handy Password by filling out the online register form
Upon completion of the registration procedure, a unique serial number will be sent to you via e-mail. This number is required to register the program using one of the following procedures:
- online registration;
- registration by e-mail;
If you forgot or lost your serial number, please send us your order ID and specify your name, company name and e-mail address you used to register your copy of Handy Password. Upon receipt of this information, we will resend your serial number.
Online Registration
In the Help menu choose "Enter your serial number...". The registration window will appear. Enter your serial number in the edit box and click the "Register" button. Upon successful completion of the registration procedure the program will inform you that you have successfully registered your version of Handy Password. Just click OK.
Registration by E-mail
If the above procedure is unsuccessful for any reason whatsoever, use the "Register by e-mail..." option. Click Help menu in the Main Window and select "Enter your serial number...". Enter your serial number and click "Register by e-mail..." button. The program will generate a message with all necessary registration information and open it in your default e-mail client. You will only need to send this message to support@handypassword.com.
If you do not have a default e-mail client, the program will show the dialog window with registration information. Just copy the information from the window (either with "Copy to clipboard" button or manually), save it into a file and send the file to support@handypassword.com.
Upon receipt, we will send you a special registration zip file. To complete the registration, you will need to open the file on the machine where your copy of Handy Password is installed (on the same machine where your registration info message was generated), i.e. you need to save the file to your hard disk, unzip it and run the "Handy Password.reg" file.
Checking the Registration
To check the registration status, click on the "About Handy Password..." in the Help menu. If the registration was successful, you will see the words "Registered version" at the bottom of the dialog box.
Note: The program is registered to a specific computer and cannot be used on other machines, so if you decide to purchase a new computer and want to continue using our program, you need to send your registration key to our support team and we will either extend your current license to be fully functional on new hardware or send you a new registration key.
